    Class Outline

On 5 days at sea, we will meet at our studio space (TBA) at 9:00 am to begin the days lessons and projects.
Each day will include 6 hours with our teacher. Our studio will be in one of the ships 'evening-only'
restaurants.      Join us for the experience of a lifetime.  Lian Zhen  and Art in the Mountains invite you to
join us on this 11-day art adventure from Hong Kong, China to Japan.  Lian will provide instruction,
demonstrations, individual help and critiques on 5 days at sea so you can enjoy your off-ship excursions with
your companion(s).  No on location painting experience is necessary. Enjoy travel adventures with other
artists without hauling all kinds of equipment. We will paint in the comfort of the ship's dining room and use
our "off of the ship time" to gather photos and just have fun.

Enjoy an unforgettable adventure to key cities in China and Japan. With an overnight in Shanghai, you'll
have ample time to explore the "Paris of the East," noting the magnificent Beaux Arts-style buildings
reflecting its colonial past and its soaring modern skyscrapers. While in Kobe, visit the splendid 16th-century
Osaka Castle as well as Shitenno-ji Temple, Japan's oldest Buddhist temple.
